Application Of Industrial Fans In Cement Industry

Cement is one of the very frequently used product in the modern world. Cement is manufactured by making use of raw material like lime stone. The raw materials are processed in several steps to produce cement. Cooling fans are used to blow cool air and bring down the temperature of the clinkers from 1500 °C to 100 °C. Use of cooling fans maintains the quality of the clinker. Cooler exhaust fans are employed to exhaust the air after the clinker production.

Exhaust Fans In The Clinker Grinding Process Once the clinkers are cooled, they are crushed to a fine powder which is considered as the cement. Exhaust fans/Dedusting fans are used to dedust the plant and also exhaust the unnecessary gases.
